Employing Signifi Media's new Ad-tech platform "Loopa-Automate", REIWA can now advertise property listings beyond their own site across social, native and programmatic channels. The Ad-technology uses both retargeting and prospecting to display adverts to in-market and relevant REIWA audiences at scale with micro campaigns, displaying property information within dynamic creatives to the right audience at the right time.
REIWA is Western Australia’s real estate institute, the peak body for the real estate profession in the state. They exist to make the selling, leasing and buying of property as simple as possible for all West Australians.
They are a member-owned organisation, offering up-to-date market intelligence and advice, along with relevant training, events and networking opportunities for over 1,100 agencies and more than 90 per cent of operating real estate agents in Western Australia.
REIWA's product team has been working with Signifi Media since 2017, with the intention of providing advertisers a solution to increasing their audience reach beyond reiwa.com by re-engaging them while they browse other sites, which will lead to increased enquiries and sales.
REIWA.com realised there was an opportunity to re-engage buyers and renters beyond their intermittent site visits and offer this service to their real estate agent network. The challenge was to not only remind consumers of properties they had previously viewed, but also presenting them with brand new listings that met their historical search criteria - and acheive this at scale in an automatic fashion (there are up to 40,000 properties per month advertised on reiwa.com).
The solution? Signifi Media developed an Ad Automation software for REIWA which automatically builds out 1000's of micro campaigns at scale to advertise property listings via social and programmatic channels to reiwa.com's 1st party data audience.
These micro advertising campaigns are fully automated as it is not practical or financially viable to manually create, launch and track thousands of campaigns daily.
Bearing that mind, in relation to both commercial and residential (sales and rentals), building the REIWA Xtend software allowed for the real estate agent to easily boost their property listings with a simple tick box, incorporated into REIWA’s existing listing portal along with relevant boosting parameters. Once boosted, the listing is automatically advertised on Facebook, Instagram, Google, Yahoo and many more publishing sites and networks
The 'reiwa.com Xtend' product, enables realtors and agents in WA to extend their current and new listings to extremely relevant and targeted buyers and renters outside of the reiwa.com site.
