SLA stands for Service Level Agreement and is an agreement between us and our clients that establishes a set of deliverables that one party agrees to provide to another. It can applied through a monthly retainer of hours, where you decide on how many hours you would like our team to use each month (hours roll over to the next month if they aren’t used), or on an ad-hoc.

When do I pay the invoices for the SLA?

Our monthly SLA packages are pre-schedule prioritised hours that will be billed monthly, reflecting the total amount of hours included in your package, at the end of each month.

What happens if we don’t use all of the hours?

Your SLA hours can be rolled-out to the next month within each quarter. If you do not use all your hours on a particular month and require a high number of hours in the following month, within the same quarter, your hours could be rolled forward to assist with your needs.
